Rafee Al-Mansur is a Community Educator with The Family & Youth Institute. He received his Masters in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland and his Bachelors in Sociology from Johns Hopkins University. Rafee is finishing his residency in Marriage and Family Therapy in private practice under the supervision of Salma Abugideiri, LPC. He has been providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, and has worked with clients across a variety of mental health and relationship issues since 2015. His greatest passion is identifying and breaking dysfunctional cycles between family members and spouses.
Rafee is also the current Chair of the Couple and Intimate Relationships Network of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). He is also a facilitator for the Together Program, a 6-week couples workshop on healthy communication and stress management for financial issues.
